Unfortunately the US postal service in our area is ‘challenged’, and they again gave us a key to a box with no package in it; so even though they marked it as delivered, I never received this neck gaiter. I contacted the local postmaster to complain, but that does not seem to solve the problem. Please resend the neck gaiter through UPS , they always deliver here. no charge for this order
